Solution-Based Dialogue

Individual Solution-Based Dialogue Sessions

What:

The sessions are based in a technique called Solution-Based Dialogue, and are meant to help the participant tap into the deep wisdom and inherent resilience that the participant already has.

  1. The participant is first sent a Welcome letter to the practice in general, and an intake form. The intake form helps identify some particular areas of interest, and areas related to the reproductive journey that would like a little love and attention.

  2. You, our client, then enters the session and will choose one of those concerns related to the reproductive journey. Some examples may include entering menopause, choosing your first birth control, infertility, or processing a new reproductive health diagnosis.

  3. Caroline guides the session through prompts and conversation to help you discover your own wisdom and find empowerment through creating some of your own solution-focused goals for the next week. Caroline may weave education or relaxation into your session, which may include an Art Processing prompt, Pilates, stress-reducing breath work, Guided Imagery, or Mindfulness exercises. This session is an experience, and you take away a deeper understanding of what only you know is best to do next.

  4. Caroline will then send a uniquely tailored follow-up guide to offer several relaxation and creativity-based ideas into your daily flow. Follow up sessions are great when you want to dig deeper into one of those modalities or continue the prompts from the first session. Some ideas great for follow -up sessions may include: Labyrinth building, Art Processing with clay modeling instead of pastels for a fun variation, trying another Mindfulness or stress-reducing mind-body practice, exploring what self-compassion dialogue sounds like, and discovering what a Needs Dialogue Card can be used for.

The sessions are not medical, and Caroline will not assess, diagnose, or treat any disease process. These sessions are meant to build off the medical care the participant is receiving elsewhere.
