Free Community Sessions : For a virtual group experience with both birthing people and birth workers, join us for our traditional Birthing from Within Birth Art session offered 4 times a year for 5 weeks in a row to the community for free. We find that folks gain the most insight if you attend several if not all the sessions as they build on each other.
