Pilates for the Reproductive Journey

Great to take when pregnant to prepare for postpartum.
What: This is a 1 hour introduction to the basic fundamentals of Pilates and certain toning exercises which can be done safely with just a mat and comfortable clothes. For pregnancy or postpartum folks, we focus on a postpartum flow which takes about 30 minutes and will help your core and pelvic floor heal.
